Carol Weeks Smith, 83, passed away at Friendsview Retirement Community in Newberg, OR on Saturday April 23, 2022 of Alzheimer’s and related conditions. Carol was a lifelong teacher and family therapist who helped so many with her loving, generous spirit and enduring faith. The last few years were very challenging as her dementia worsened and we are so grateful for the loving care provided to her and our family by her retirement community and the hospice team.
